Terms & Conditions (Concise)

1. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on MetalGuys are shown in GBP and are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Prices may change at any time without notice.

2. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, supply issues or adverse conditions are outside our control.

3. Custom Orders
Custom orders include made to measure cutting, galvanising, mitring, machining and fabrication. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded. Tolerances apply to all customised work.

4. Returns and Refunds
Standard, full foundry length (stock) items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in resaleable condition. Custom orders are non returnable. Refunds will be processed once goods are inspected.

5. Product Information
All dimensions, weights and descriptions are approximate. Actual items may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances or supplier variations.

6. Liability
MetalGuys is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidance.

7. Privacy
We process customer data in line with UK GDPR and do not share information with third parties except for delivery purposes.
